Privacy Policy

This policy explains how personal data is processed when you use lukaszwachowiak.pl, particularly when you send an enquiry through the contact form.

Last updated: July 9, 2026.

Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Dawcy Głosu sp. z o.o., ul. Wojciecha Żywnego 18/126, 02-701 Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID (NIP): 5213913276, National Court Register (KRS): 0000870743, REGON: 38761319700000.

For privacy and personal data matters, contact: kontakt@lukaszwachowiak.com.

Data that may be processed

Depending on how you use the website, the data processed may include your name, email address, message and any project information you choose to provide, such as recording type, script length, usage period, territory, deadline or budget.

For website security and protection of the contact form against abuse, technical data may also be processed, in particular your IP address and information stored in server logs.

Providing data through the form is voluntary, but your name, email address and message are required to send an enquiry and receive a reply.

Data connected with an enquiry about cooperation, a quote or an order is processed to reply to your message, prepare a quote and take steps before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Other correspondence connected with professional activity, as well as protection of the website and contact form against spam, abuse and attempted attacks, may be processed on the basis of the controller’s legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Where cooperation follows, data may be further processed to perform the contract, comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations, and establish, pursue or defend legal claims.

Contact form

The contact form allows you to send an enquiry directly through the website. Only your name, email address and message are required. Other project information is optional.

After the form is successfully submitted, the message is delivered to the controller. The email address you provide is used to reply to your enquiry.

The form uses technical safeguards against spam and automated abuse, including mechanisms that limit excessive submission attempts.

Automatic confirmation

After an enquiry is successfully submitted, the system sends a short automatic confirmation to the email address provided, together with a copy of the message.

The confirmation is purely technical. It is not a newsletter, does not constitute marketing communication and does not subscribe you to any mailing list.

Recipients of data

Data may be shared with providers that supply services necessary for the operation of the website and the controller’s business.

These providers include, in particular, Prociv Sp. z o.o., the operator of Domenomania.pl, which provides hosting and email services. Where analytics consent has been given, analytics data is also processed by Google through Google Analytics 4. Data may also be processed by technical and IT support providers and, where necessary, by accounting, legal or administrative service providers.

Data may be disclosed to public authorities where required by law.

Processors acting on behalf of the controller receive access to data only to the extent necessary to perform their tasks.

Data retention

Enquiries that do not lead to cooperation may be retained for up to 24 months after the correspondence ends in order to preserve contact history, allow the conversation to be resumed and protect against potential claims.

Where cooperation follows, data is retained for the duration of the contract, for periods required by tax and accounting law, and until the relevant limitation periods for claims expire.

Technical data connected with website security and protection against abuse is retained only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Cookies and privacy settings

The website uses a privacy settings mechanism stored locally in your browser. It may store information about the consent mechanism version, your analytics choice and the date on which your choice was saved.

Settings necessary for the website to function are always active. You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics 4 only after the user has consented to analytics.

Google Analytics 4 helps understand how users reach the website and how they use it. Without analytics consent, the Google Analytics script is not loaded.

You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

In connection with the use of technical, hosting or email services, personal data may be processed by service providers or their subcontractors outside the European Economic Area.

Where such a transfer takes place, it is carried out only on the basis of mechanisms permitted by applicable data protection law, including an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances of the processing, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.

For matters concerning your personal data, contact: kontakt@lukaszwachowiak.com.

If you believe that your personal data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

Automated decision-making

Data submitted through the contact form is not used for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when the operation of the website, the tools used, data processing practices or applicable law change.

The current version of the policy is always published on this page.
