Corporate voice over

Polish corporate voice over

In a company film, the voice should guide the viewer without getting in the way of the picture.

The narration demo is the closest reference for corporate films, explainers and longer business video.

What I record

I record Polish voice-over for corporate films, explainers, presentations, internal communications, product videos, training content, online video and localized brand material. Each format needs a different pace, not just a clean read.

  • corporate films and company videos
  • explainer videos and animations
  • presentations and internal communications
  • product videos and walkthroughs
  • training and e-learning content
  • online video and Polish localization

The same script can need a different read

A leadership message, a product walkthrough and an explainer do not move at the same speed. Before recording, it helps to know where the voice will appear, who is listening and how closely it needs to follow the edit.

The more I know before recording, the better

A video cut, storyboard, timing notes or a short description of what each scene needs to do can quickly shape the pace and delivery. It also reduces avoidable pickups later.

How we work

  1. You send the script and reference material.
  2. We confirm the read, pace and usage.
  3. I record and prepare the files.
  4. If needed, we handle pickups clearly.

Where and how long the recording will be used

A voice-over for an internal presentation is quoted differently from a public online film or paid campaign. Usage, territory and duration help make the quote accurate from the start.

What to send for a quote

  • the script or word count
  • video, edit or reference material if available
  • where the recording will be published
  • territory
  • how long the recording will be used
  • deadline
  • preferred file format

Useful questions

Can you record to picture?

Yes. Send the video, a rough cut or timing notes if you have them. A locked edit helps me match the pace more closely, but a reference version is still useful.

Can one recording cover several versions of a film?

Sometimes, but shorter edits often need a different rhythm or a revised script. It is best to share all planned versions at the quote stage.

Can you help with Polish localization?

Yes. If the script was translated from English, I can point out lines that may sound stiff when spoken and suggest a more natural Polish flow.

Do you work with agencies and teams outside Poland?

Yes. The workflow is remote and straightforward: script, reference material, usage, deadline and clean file delivery.
